I also encountered this error after upgrade our enterprise console. Anyone could help this problem.

Nothing worthwhile in the event logs, I had to dig up the Sophos logs to provide the snippet as that is the only place I've been able to find anything remotely related to the problem.

Could you please check under the event viewer if you are seeing any specific event? Also, under services.msc , try to start Sophos Management service and see if it gives you any error?

Don't see any error at all - it opens and says "please wait while connecting..." and then it disappears. This is from the server running SEC, not remote.
