Protected machine state not updated - Console

Hello communiity,

 

I successfully installed an Entreprise Console Sophos mgmt, and then followed the steps to detect other servers/workstations.

 

So far so good but when i click on Protect the endpoints, its says unable to install (CODE 80070057 article 29287) even if the installation was a success.

 

Sophos is installed on the endpoint but the console is, somehow, not updated. (please see pictures attached).

    I'd check to make sure that ports 8192/8194 are not blocked by a network firewall or Windows Firewall on the endpoints and Enterprise Console.  One way to test this is to install telnet client or Putty on the Windows client and run this command in command prompt: telnet [SECSERVER] 8192

    The result should come back with an IOR string and disconnect.  For port 8194 the connection should establish with no data and disconnect.
