Just to update, we solve the issue by removing old subscription (10.3 Recommended) and adding 10.7

how do i check if i have particular product in our subscription? In this case, the error one is F1DAD925-C973-4e5e-B172-78E97EB60689:5:RECOMMENDED.

please see Sophos Update manager failing ... - looks like the same problem but I don't think it's on your management servers.

I've looked at the error details further in the SUMTrace log file, and found this error :

My assumption is that SUM failed to download the files, so i tried manually browsing to d1.sophosupd.com/.../48b8c79884a3273fa29ecea00f9e490ax000.dat

to manually download the file but got "Not Found" error.

Is this expected?
