 We have an issue with Sophos Update Manager failing to update. 
 Log Viewer shows : 
 Error Event for dispatcher &amp;#39;DispatcherPrograms-2017-07-19T15-15-49-1&amp;#39; failed to execute. 
 a log at the SUMTrace shows

&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My assumption is that SUM failed to download the files, so i tried manually browsing to &lt;a href="http://d1.sophosupd.com/update/48b8c79884a3273fa29ecea00f9e490ax000.dat&amp;nbsp;"&gt;d1.sophosupd.com/.../48b8c79884a3273fa29ecea00f9e490ax000.dat&amp;#160;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;to manually download the file but got &amp;quot;Not Found&amp;quot; error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is this expected?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
