&lt;p&gt;Yes just adobeARM.exe and it&amp;#39;s exactly as screenshot in this thread:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;Windows cannot access the specified, path, or file....&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No real impact on acrobat itself but it&amp;#39;s annoying for the user.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And so far, only reported by one user.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But anyway, we&amp;#39;ll be moving soon to cloud version, so I won&amp;#39;t waste much time with that, I was just hoping for an easy and quick fix if applicable.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;NB. Pushing back the policies, or using &amp;#39;protect this computer&amp;#39; again didn&amp;#39;t helped&lt;/p&gt;

Blocking/unblocking is via the application name, if the application is &amp;quot;not on the same side&amp;quot; as &lt;em&gt;All added by Sophos&lt;/em&gt; it&amp;#39;s explicitly listed in the policy sent to the endpoint - otherwise not.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#008000;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Blocked&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; means the user gets a pop-up, an event is sent to the console, and there&amp;#39;s a message in the endpoint&amp;#39;s &lt;span style="font-family:courier new, courier;"&gt;SAV.txt&lt;/span&gt;? Do all endpoints have this problem?&lt;/p&gt;
