Problem Creating Pre-Configured Sophos Installer for Mac OS Sierra

We are trying to build a Mac installer that points to a local Windows server (SEC) instead of Sophos directly for virus definition updates. We've done this successfully several times in the past by following your instructions as outlined here:

https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/119744

For whatever reason, the installer isn't working properly when attempting an install on Mac OS Sierra/10.12. After running the installer, everything looks fine except that the primary and secondary server URL settings for AutoUpdate are completely blank.

We double-checked and the appropriate plist file is in the 'Sophos Installer Components' folder and that folder is in the same location as the installer app. We ran the same custom configured installer on a Mac running 10.10.5 and it seemed to install correctly and populate the server fields with the proper URLs. Is there a known issue with Sierra? I have an e-mail ticket open with Sophos but its been two weeks so far with no resolution so far.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with Sierra? Thanks.
