CXweb/ExpFI-E found and blocked on Endpoint (Macbook; Windows 8.1)

Hello,

our Endpoint Protection Security and Control (11.0.10 UTM) discovered a Virus (CXweb/ExpFI-E) on a win 8.1 Client and blocked it.
What is the best way to remove the infection? At the Moment we run a scan of the mentioned Windows Client.

Some files could not be scanned. How do get rid of that Virus?
Is there a downloadable Image to create a bootable CD or USB-Drive that allows to boot our Mac Hardware?
