MTP Blocked event not showing up in Sophos central

Hi Guys,

Been having an issue with unblocking a device through Sophos.

So the user can plug in the device and you get the message saying the MTP device is being blocked by Sophos, I would then do an update on Sophos on the local machine to get the event to come through.

When I go and look on Sophos central I cannot see the event coming through, it does show that the Machine has updated X amount of minutes ago and so the event should of come back through as well.

Any ideas why this is not coming back through?
