Services fail to start.

 In two machines, the installation of sophos antivirus is successful, but many services fail to start (see images).

The log does not track any anomaly. What might be causing these issues and what can be done to overcome them ?

    Isn't it just the "Sophos Web Intelligence Filter" Service that is stopped/missing?

    If you open the services (services.msc) on the computer, does this service exist?  

    Is it that it just can't be started?

    Do you get an error when you try to start it?

    Hi,

    I have the same service "Sophos Web Intelligence Filter Service" missing/not running. 

    At first both

    • Sophos Web Intelligence Service
    • Sophos Web Intelligence Filter Service

    were not running missing, but after reinstalling "Sophos Web Intelligence Service", now only "Sophos Web Intelligence Filter Service" is not running/or missing flagging me RED.

    When you find a solution, please post it.
