Endpoint License queries

Hi there! just want to check this concern from a customer

 

Is the software that has been downloaded on one PC transferrable to another PC in case we replace that first PC midway through the year?

 

What happens to the un-downloaded license? Do they have expiration date? If for example, we only download 15 licenses out of 20. Will the 5 expire?
