Should I regret buying Sophos End Point Protection???

Question

I purchased this from a third party vendor as I was told it was easy to use and set up. After two days of email with vendor, who were no help at all, and many online chats with Sophos, someone was finally able to help me get it all set up. ONLY then to find out I am unable to download the Installer for Windows. By the way none of them worked, tried them all. I am so frustrated with this that I am considering cutting my losses and giving up. 
 I did try and call the Support number and twice gave up after being on hold for over an hour each time. 
 M Question. 
 Does anyone have a step by step guide on how to do this. PLEASE DO NOT POINT ME TO THE SOPHOS HELP SITE.. It is useless.

 Sorry to hear the issue you are facing . Are you using Sophos Endpoint deployment through SEC or Cloud-based . Could you check our guide for installation steps via the link below 
 To download the software you visit our website Sophos.com and login with your credentials and go to my account and download the File you have subscribed to. To install and configure you may refer the KB article
