On access scanning error

I have 5 machines al showing errors on the enterprise console. All have the same error message

The on-access driver could not check device control for volume \Device\ClVtDrvCtrl. [0xe03d0301]

Any help with how to resolves these errors would be great. The Sophos Anti-Virus status on all the machine is fully updated.

    this is definitely not a console issue. Looks like you're using Device Control. Apparently the on-access has problems with this (rather obscure) device. Either such a device is only on these five machines or the problem manifests on just these five machines. Please see the search results for e03d0301. Probably of not much help (the knowledgebase article might not apply at all), perhaps you get some idea. Otherwise you'd have to contact Support directly.
