I'm trying to install Sophos Home on my PC... but it won't work because I have a previous version of Sophos already installed...

I've had Sophos Endpoint Security installed on my machine for years, prior to upgrading to Windows 10. I'm now trying to install Sophos home on the machine but it won't let me because Sophos is already installed on the machine. Unfortunately I have been unable to uninstall the earlier version because I installed it prior to upgrading to Windows 10, and while it appears in the list of installed programs, when I try to uninstall it I get an error indicating that the program isn't compatible with this version of Windows. So I can't upgrade Sophos to a compatible version without uninstalling the old version... which I can't do because it's not compatible. Any ideas on how to go about removing the old version of Sophos from my machine?

Thanks,

Marc
