DELL WYSE thin client (windows 7 embedded) with Sophos AV 10.6.3 and SCF 2.95 installed - hung during boot up

Hi all,

I have a group of Dell Wyse thin client (Z90Q7P) with Windows 7 Embedded in our workplace. We installed Sophos AV 10.6.3 and SCF 2.95 on them and managed through our Sophos Enterprise Console.

Some of them boot up in Blue Screen SOMETIMES ( happens occassionally). Not sure what the cause of it and how to fix it.

1- Anyone has any experience with running SAV and SCF on Windows Embedded?

2- Anyone had similar experience? or a way to fix it?
