Sophos Autoupdate no stopping

Hallo,
ich möchte Sophos deinstallieren, es funktioniert auch nicht im geregelten Modus von Windows.

Sophos Autoupdate kann nicht angehalten werden.
Alle manuellen Versuche schlugen fehl.

Was kann ich tun.

Hello,
I want to uninstall Sophos, it doesn't work in Windows Safe Mode either.

Sophos Autoupdate cannot be paused.
All manual attempts failed.

What can I do.

Following the steps in Sophos Endpoint Defense: How to recover a tamper protected system should help. You can boot into the command prompt to disable the sophosed.sys driver. You can then change the protected state of the service in the registry as described.

Log in to Sophos Central.

Access Logs & Reports > Recover Tamper Protection passwords.

Click View details to expand the password(s) that has been set on the endpoint or server.

The one in bold here cannot be found in the Dashboard.
