Sophos on windows server 2008

I have a server 2008 and for the last 2 months it is not updating

when I try and update it manually I am getting 

When I am trying to reinstall by downloading the latest setup file I am getting:

I have other servers 2016 and are all working fine just this server has an issue.

    Hello Sophos User3521,

    from where do you download the latest setup file and what's its name? AFAIK support for 2008 (if it's indeed 2008 and not 2008 R2) has ended almost a year ago and for R2 you need an Extended Support license.
    And could you tell from which location it is trying to update?
