failed to download installer on server 2012 R2 and i can not unistall end point on my windows 10 pro or win7

I need your help when i tray to re-install end point for server on my server 2012 R2 it coming message ( failed to download installer) and also I can not uninstall endpoint on windows 10 pro sophos cleint .

kindly i need your help as soon as possible

Can you link the Cloud installer logs for the 2012R2 machine, found under: \ProgramData\Sophos\CloudInstaller\logs\

As for the WIndows 10 computers, Does Sophos Zap help? https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000038989?language=en_US or is it a Tamper Protection problem - https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000034808?language=en_US
