Between January 25th (8am GMT) and January 26th (3pm GMT) - Central users may experience a brief period of time when an SMS response from our two factor authentication/login will not be sent due to scheduled maintenance this weekend. Please use Email + PIN two factor authentication if needed.
Enterprise Dashboard (Master License) - The 'Buy Licenses' button on the License page does not perform any action

The 'Buy Licenses' button on the License page (seen only with Enterprise Master License dashboards) will not perform any action. This is currently expected behavior as the ability to buy licenses is not available directly from the Enterprise Dashboard. To purchase licenses, please contact your Sophos Partner directly.

(Updated Dec 7th 2019) Sophos Central Dashboards: Why did I not receive a Technical Support confirmation email after submitting a 'Create Support Ticket' within Central, Enterprise or Partner Dashboard?

If you do not receive any confirmation emails after submitting a Support Ticket in Sophos Central, this means a Support case/ticket has not been raised with Sophos Technical Support. This may be due to data being copy/pasted into the description field.
Sophos Central: The Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) selection screen does not display the Device Name description text correctly if double-byte characters were used

The MFA Device Name optional description field used for Google/Sophos Authentication configuration does not currently support Double-byte characters.
Sophos Central Partner Dashboard: "Internal Server Error" seen if you try to select a new default MFA option.
