To download products from the Sophos website, log in to MySophos via your Sophos ID account. You can create a Sophos ID if you do not have one. Once you have created and activated the account, you must associate it with your credentials on your license schedule or with the temporary credentials you received for the evaluation software.

Make sure you have your Sophos credentials to hand.
If you require a copy of your Sophos License Schedule, email firstname.lastname@example.org from a company email account, and include your name and company contact details.

You must have a Sophos ID (single sign-on account) set up to use your MySophos account. See, Sophos ID - creating and using your account.
Once you have added your credentials to your MySophos account, you can download your licensed products from the Product Downloads and Updates page.
