When opening the PureMessage administration console you see the following error:
Failed to connect to master synchronization server. Server: [SERVERNAME]
First seen in PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange
Either of the below causes:
Configuration | System | Backup configuration
Find what: SERVER1
Replace with: SERVER2
Configuration | System | Restore configuration
