Issue:The following error is returned on opening PureMessage or moving to the quarantine section:
0x80004005 Cannot open database requested in login 'SavexQuar'
Sophos Application and Version:PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange version 3.x
Restart the SQL server following the steps below.
Note: If your SQL Server instance was installed on a remote server, ensure that the remote server is available.
MSSQL$SOPHOS, SQL Server (SOPHOS) or for a selected instance MSSQL$, SQL Server (<INSTANCE>)
Right-click the service and select Start
