Issue Emails are going into the Junk e-mail folder of Outlook 2003
Sophos product and version PureMessage for Microsoft Exchange, version 3.0.0 Operating system Windows 2003
Make sure Exchange is on SP2. If not, you must apply SP2 as it is required for the following workaround.
Technical Information: Exchange uses the Spam Confidence Level (SCL) to classify messages as Junk. PureMessage increases this value when mails score below the equivalent PureMessage spam rating (0-100%). There is a related PureMessage bug DEF18382 which means the SCL is always altered even if the check-box in the PureMessage anti-spam settings is unchecked.
