Some customers have recently reported the following error "Advisory - Central AD sync utility: Error "Failed active directory synchronization. Reason: System.Exception: Exception: com.sophos.cloud.commons.exceptions.ConflictException" in the ADsync utility.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Central Admin
Customers experiencing this issue are unable to sync their Active Directory with Central Dashboard. At the moment there is no workaround.
July 28th: Resolved: The update was confirmed to be completed overnight.
July 27th: The fix is scheduled to be implemented at 10pm EDT July 27th barring any unforseen issues. Confirmation of this work will be made tomorrow July 28th by 12pm EDT
July 23rd: Sophos Engineering has identified the issue and are currently working on a fix. Current estimated time to release fix is Monday July 27th
July 22nd: Sophos Engineering is investigating this issue with High priority

Currently there is no workaround. If there is an immediate need to add a user to Central, this can be done manually in the Dashboard in the interim.
We are expecting an update on if the status of the fix scheduled to be released tonight, by July 28th 12pm EDT
