RESOLVED: Sophos has received reports from a small subset of Sophos Email customers who are experiencing outbound email delivery issues to recipients who use Optonline ISP
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Central Email
Customer will get a bounce back message when trying to sent to optonline.net or any domain hosted by Optonline ISP
Sophos works diligently, around the clock, to keep its IP addresses off of block lists, and requests quick removal of the addresses from any block list where they have been inappropriately listed.
As of July 1st we have not seen any more blocked email
