An administrator may experience an issue with the installation wizard if the tomcat service is restarted during the installation wizard configuration. The tomcat service could have restarted due to an important security hotfix that is needed to be installed immediately into the XG Firewall.

When an important security hotfix restarts the tomcat service during the installation wizard, an administrator may experience the following issues:
To resolve this issue, please reboot (using SSH / serial console / hard reboot) the XG Firewall. After reboot, the administrator can then complete the remaining wizard. A wizard failure pop-up may also be seen after the reboot. If this happens, the administrator can then choose whether to redo the wizard or skip the wizard.
