Quarantine Digest is the listing of all emails that are identified as Spam and quarantined by Sophos XG Firewall Anti Spam engine. Sophos XG Firewall sends the quarantine digest in the form of an email to all users as per the configured frequency which can be hourly, daily or weekly. From the digest, users can sort through the quarantined emails and, if necessary, release them to their personal inboxes.
This article describes the behavior change in releasing the email from Quarantine Digest email.

XG Firewall sends the quarantine digest in the form of an email to all users as per the configured frequency which can be hourly, daily or weekly.
Users can release the email from the User Portal only, The Release link next to each email in the quarantine digest will no longer release the email.
When user clicks on the Release link, they will receive the message below.
Users will be redirected to the User Portal, once user clicks on the My Account link in quarantine digest email.
Once the user has successfully logged into the User portal they can release the quarantined email.
