Due to an Amazon outage any samples submitted to Sophos Sandstorm / Sandbox in APAC are currently not being processed. Any samples submitted during this outage won't queue for more than 15 minutes and after that time would need to be resubmitted. Amazon believe they have identified a fix and this was deployed at 13:00 UTC / 06:00 PDT. Amazon have confirmed the the fix has significantly improved performance on the AWS side and that they are continuing to work towards a full recovery.

Amazon have confirmed that the issue their side has been resolved. Sophos are continuing to monitor the situation and performance of the Sophos Sandbox system.

Sophos can confirm that the issue is resolved and that all systems have returned to normal
