Certain customers have reported seeing a delay of up to 4 hours in their Sophos Central Email logging. This is not affecting e-mail delivery in itself.

Reports have been localized to some customers in the US-EAST region.
Possible root cause has been found, a fix should be deployed by the 27th of April 2020.
Open a case with our Support team detailing the issue that is being experienced and which region the account that is affected is in.
This information can be gathered by navigating to Email Gateway > Settings > Domain Settings / Status > Configure External Dependencies (top right) and copy-pasting the MX Record which should look something like this:
