When trying to synchronize the Sophos Mobile work place account on a Windows 10 Desktop device the synchronization is done within less than a second and the "Last successful synchronization" time stamp is not updated.
Trying to perform a synchronization via Sophos Mobile leads to an error message indicating that the Push Notification cannot be send.
This article describes a possible reason for this behavior.

A possible reason for this behavior can be that the service "Device Management Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) Push message Routing Service" is deactivated. This service is required by the built in Mobile Device Management (MDM) client to perform a synchronization.
To enable the service perform the following steps.
After doing this a synchronization of the mobile device management account should work again. It is recommended to perform a manual synchronization directly from the Windows 10 device.
As of now all tasks send by the Sophos Mobile backend should proceed correctly.
