When sending out a message or a synchronization task to Sophos Container managed iOS device the following error is shown:
Could not find the app APNs token of the device. -60
This error can be observed if the user has not allowed the Sophos Mobile Control app to receive and display notifications.
In the Sophos Container management mode app notifications are the only way to communicate with the device / user. Therefore, it is recommended to enable notifications for the app.
