This article describes the steps to release quarantined email from quarantine spam digest email.
Quarantine Digest (previously known as Spam Digest prior to Cyberoam firmware version 10.04.4 Build 028) is the listing of all Emails that are identified as Spam and quarantined by Cyberoam Anti Spam Engine. Cyberoam sends the Quarantine Digest in the form of an Email to all users as per the configured frequency, which can be hourly, daily or weekly. From the digest, users can sort through the quarantined mails and, if necessary, release them to their personal inboxes. The following sections are covered:

Cyberoam sends the Quarantine Digest in the form of an Email to all users as per the configured frequency, which can be hourly, daily or weekly.
Users can release the email from the "My account" portal only. The Release link next to each email in the quarantine digest will no longer release the email.
When User clicks on the "Release" link, they will receive the message below.
Users will be redirected to "My account" portal once user clicks on the "My Account" link in quarantine digest email.
