This article helps to explain a recently discovered issue some MSP Flex Partners have experienced related to either Adding or Changing a Firewall subscription. There is no error visible, but after requesting a subscription change, you may see the license has not changed, and the requested license remains under the 'Pending' column indefinitely
When selecting the Serial number, you can see when the initial request was sent
This Subscription conversion normally happens automatically up to 20 minutes (though often within minutes). If you experience a Subscription taking longer than this, please contact your Channel Account Manager to request the license to be checked and manually converted.
The cause of this subscription automatic conversion is currently under investigation. This article will be updated when more information is available.
