Some Sophos Central Admin customers with data in the US region may experience sync errors logged within the AD Sync Utility, either running the utility Manually or Automatic.
Bellow Error will also be presented in the AD Sync Logs :
Failed active directory synchronization. Reason: System.Exception: Exception: com.sophos.cloud.commons.exceptions.ResourceAccessExceptio at SophosADSync.ADSyncCommand.SyncExeImpl(Object runtimeArg)
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Central AdminSophos Cloud AD Sync Utility
Customers may be unable to synchronize and run Sophos Central AD Sync utility to import users and following objects from the Active Directory:
