Some Sophos Central users may experience intermittent installation failures and latency issues this will affect both Sophos Central Dashboard and Sophos Enterprise Dashboard customers. Also please note that only customers in the EU-WEST-1 are currently affected.

Customers maybe unable to complete installations for the time being and also there maybe issues with pages loading. Endpoint Clients may report 504 error Policy rendering will also be affected by this issue and you may see a delay for commands triggered within Central Admin.
