Some users may experience intermittent delays with Sophos Central Email.
1/14/2020 - 9pm UTC Queues are now back to regular levels. Sophos will continue to actively monitor the situation.
1/14/2020 - 7pm UTC Sophos has implemented a fix. Queues are being processed in realtime and email flow should return to normal levels shortly.
