Since 3 PM GMT Sophos Mobile is not available within the Sophos Central EU-Central region. The issue started to occur after updating the product to the most recent version. When clicking on the "Mobile" page nothing happens and enrolled devices fail to synchronize.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s)
Accessing the "Mobile" sub-menu does not work. Clicking on it, nothing happens. Mobile devices connected to a EU-Central instance do not synchronize. Depending on the defined container policy access to Sophos Secure Email and Secure Workspace may not work.
As of 5:30 PM GMT Sophos Central Mobile is accessible again within the EU-Central region.
Sophos Central Mobile can be used again without any issues.
