When installing a new hardware Email Appliance the initial setup wizard may fail to complete due to the Network Connectivity test failing with the following result:
This is caused by an update to the server side Sandbox certificate and the CA store on the appliance itself. All new virtual and hardware appliance images have been updated with the relevant CA, however appliances shipped prior to this which are then installed at a later date will experience this issue.

Appliances without the updated image experiencing this problem should be RMAed by contacting Sophos Support All replacement appliances shipped will be running the latest image
Note: Any customers experiencing the same error when installing a virtual Email Appliance should simply re-download the installation image from their MySophos account at http://www.sophos.com
