When launching the Sophos Central Migration Tool and entering your Sophos Central migration passphrase the connection fails with the following error:
The CloudMigration.log will contain the following entries:
WARN HttpHelper.LogExceptionAndGetStatus Cloud feature data request failed with HTTP status: Forbidden (Forbidden) ERROR HttpHelper.DoOperationAndRetryIfTooManyRequests Central API call exception: Central API call failed. Status: Unauthorized ERROR MigrationCoordinator.UpdateAvailableCloudFeatures Failed to update available Central features list. Endpoint migration ability may not be accurate or up-to-date.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Central Migration Tool
Customers with a Central license beginning with the letter D cannot use the Sophos Central Migration Tool to migrate their computers
The issue is currently under investigation by Sophos development.
