As you would expect Sophos Email scans all outgoing mail for Spam and malware in order to protect the reputation of your organization as well as provide protection for your business partners.
If we do detect a mailbox sending outbound malware there are 3 steps that we automatically and pro-actively take:
The most common cause of a mailbox sending outbound Spam mail or malware is a compromised account or endpoint
