While importing appliance configuration from Policy Configuration > Add Template > Import Appliance Configuration, it is imported successfully but without any configuration data.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Cyberoam UTM with Cyberoam OS 10.6.6 MR-5
Customer upgrading to 10.6.6 MR-5 and using the Cyberoam Central Console to import configuration are affected. therefore, they can't import configuration from a selected appliance and because of this, they can't export it to any other appliance.
Please use New Template or Clone Template.
Go to Policy Configuration > Add Template > New Template
Go to Policy Configuration > Add Template > Clone Template
