Reflexion Customers will be unable to raise support cases due to https://tickets.reflexion.net being temporarily unavailable.
We have reached out to our ticketing system provider to restore service to https://tickets.reflexion.net and this issue has been resolved.
Update 03:30 EDT - Our ticketing System Vendor has acknowledged that they are having an issue on their side that is affecting our Reflexion ticketing portal as well as other customers of theirs. They are investigating and we hope to have tickets.reflexion.net accessible as soon as possible.
Update 05:15 EDT - https://tickets.reflexion.net is now available and the issue is resolved.
