With the most recent release of Central Mac 9.9.3 users may experience intermittent issues connecting to Public WiFi captive portal pages. If users connect to multiple captive portals within a 4 hour time period they may experience a display issue - "A problem occurred. The webpage couldn't be loaded"
The cause of the issue has been identified and is fixed in the next release 9.9.4 which is due in Mid-September
If a user connects to a Public WiFi captive portal and then tries to connect to another portal within a 4 hour time period this error may be displayed when connecting to the second portal.
This is a similar issue to what was reported in May 2019 https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/133290
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Central Mac Endpoint
Central Mac endpoints that have updated to 9.9.3 may experience intermittent issues when connecting to multiple WiFi captive portals within a 4 hour period of time.
Fixed in 9.9.4 due in Mid-September 2019
