This article describes the steps to allow the Webex application through the web filter. Webex sometimes uses requests that are just to an IP address instead of a hostname which makes will not match a exception created for webex.com and its subdomains. The following sections are covered:

Note: You cannot create only one exception since it uses an 'AND' argument instead of 'OR'. All of these exceptions are taken from Cisco's documentation.
1. Go to Web > Exceptions.
2. Add a new exception for URL pattern matches.
3. Give a name for the exception.
4. Select URL pattern matches.
5. Add the regex entry ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?webex\.com/? and hit the + button and save.
6. Add a new exception for Destination IP Addresses.
7. Give a name for the exception.
8. Select Destination IP Addresses.
9. Add the ranges below.
