Some Partners have reported that the Sophos product name changes made in June 2019 have not automatically updated within their ConnectWise product catalog. This Article describes the steps to fix this.

If one or more of the following products have not automatically updated, the Product ID and Descriptions should be manually renamed.
Once the changes above have been made, manually trigger a sync with Connectwise within Sophos Central Partner Dashboard.
