Sophos Central Wireless client devices fail to associate with the wireless network (SSID).
Sophos have identified an issue where Sophos Central Wireless client devices utilizing Intel 8265 wireless cards, fail to associate themselves with the SSID when 'Fast Roaming' is enabled within the SSID configuration. This issue is related to a bug in the Intel 8265 wireless card driver. Sophos have reported the bug to Intel, however no fix date has been communicated at this time.
To circumnavigate this issue, disable the 'Fast Roaming' functionality.
