Some Puremessage for Unix customers may have experienced a notification indicating that Scheduler job for pmx-blocklist-data-update failed for a short period on May 7th.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) PureMessage for Unix
This should have no service impact, aside from the notification. Installations continued to run with the existing data until the following data update was applied. Subsequently data updates completed successfully.
Sophos is investigating the root cause, but currently this issue is no longer impacting customers.
No action is required. But any customers still experiencing any further notifications are requested to contact Sophos Support referencing this article.
