Sophos is currently investigating an issue related to the option of sending email from RADAR (archive.reflexion.net) not working.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Reflexion Archiving, Discovery and Recovery (RADAR)
Reflexion customers that use the RADAR UI may experience a message saying that the email was sent, but nothing is listed in the sent email, and the email is not delivered.
Sophos is aware of the issue and is currently investigating
A fix for this issue will be released on Thursday May 9th. This article will be updated once the fix has been released.
