This article explains how to forcefully spool emails on Reflexion and in order for the Reflexion server to hold the emails. These changes can be done in cases that the exchange server is down or a maintenance need to be performed on the server. Once the changes are done, Reflexion will hold the emails since the server is not reachable.
Note: Reflexion can hold the emails for 10 days only.
