When enrolling an iOS device using the Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP) with a Sophos Mobile server, the enrollment procedure cannot be completed.
After opening the Sophos Mobile Control client app to complete the enrollment, the following error is shown:
Undefined error. Please try again later or contact your administrator.
This error was caused by a bug within the Sophos Mobile Control 18.104.22.168 app causing the failed activation.
A new version of the app resolving this issue has been published to the Apple App Store.
The version resolving this issue is 22.214.171.124.

To add the Sophos Mobile Control client app installation, perform the following steps:
Devices which have already encountered the issue have to be factory reset again to restart the enrollment with the updated Sophos Mobile Control client.
