When launching the Sophos Cloud Migration Tool and entering your Sophos Central credentials the connection fails with the following error:
Login failed because the account features data download failed
The CloudMigration.log will contain the following entries:
WARN HttpHelper.LogExceptionAndGetStatus Cloud to SEC feature mapping request failed with HTTP status: Forbidden ()
ERROR MigrationCoordinator.UpdateAvailableCloudFeatures Failed to update available cloud features list. Endpoint migration ability may not be accurate or up-to-date.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Cloud Migration Tool
Customers will not be able to perform a migration using the tool
This issue has now been resolved.
