Some US Regional Database customers have reported seeing an intermittent error with the AD Sync function in Sophos Central:
This issue appears to be intermittent, some customers are able to resolve by retrying the sync.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Sophos Central AdminSophos Cloud AD Sync Utility
US Regional Database customers using the Sophos Central AD Sync Tool
Continue retrying the AD sync until it succeeds.
